2. What we collect and why
When you subscribe, we process the e-mail address you provide, in order to send you our newsletter and related updates. To protect the form from abuse we also briefly process your IP address. We do not sell your data.
3. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given through a double opt-in: you enter your e-mail and then confirm it via a link we e-mail you. Abuse-prevention relies on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Processors
We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to deliver e-mails and store the subscriber list, and Vercel to host the site. These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
5. Retention
We keep your e-mail address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. IP addresses used for rate-limiting are held only transiently.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing at any time — every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, or write to info@un-alyze.com.
